These Terms and Conditions apply to the Level Four Seven Pilot Strategy Diagnostic.
By purchasing the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic, submitting the intake form, or providing materials for review, you agree to these Terms.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic is provided by Level Four Seven Ltd.
Level Four Seven Ltd. is a company registered in England and Wales at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. Company registration number: 17151358.
In these Terms, “Level Four Seven”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Level Four Seven Ltd. “You” and “your” refer to the company, organisation, founder, team, or individual purchasing or using the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic is a fixed-fee strategic review designed to help technology providers strengthen their pilot proposition before customer, investor, accelerator, funding, or pilot partner conversations.
The service is delivered as a written report. It may include observations and recommendations relating to your pilot proposition, strengths, gaps, risks, suggested KPIs, potential partner profile, framing, and recommended next steps.
The Diagnostic is based on the information you provide through the intake form and any supporting materials you choose to share with us.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic includes:
The Diagnostic is normally delivered within 5 working days of us receiving your completed intake form, supporting materials, and payment.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in England.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic does not include:
Any additional support may be offered separately, including through the Level Four Seven Pilot Strategy Clinic or another separate engagement.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic is intended for technology providers that have more than an early idea. It is generally best suited to companies with a prototype, demonstrator, early product, technical validation, or a clear technology basis.
We may decline to provide the Diagnostic if we believe the service is clearly unsuitable for your situation, if the information provided is insufficient, or if the request falls outside our area of work.
If we decline the work, we will refund the fee paid.
You are responsible for making sure that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
You confirm that you have the right to share any materials you provide to us, including pitch decks, technical documents, customer information, pilot materials, trial results, images, data, or other documents.
You should not provide highly sensitive, confidential, personal, regulated, export-controlled, classified, or third-party confidential information unless you are authorised to do so and are comfortable with us reviewing it for the purposes of the Diagnostic.
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or limitations in the Diagnostic that result from incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information provided by you.
The fee for the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic is the amount shown on the service page or at checkout at the time of purchase.
Payment is required before we begin the review.
Unless stated otherwise, the fee covers the Diagnostic only and does not include any additional services, meetings, revisions, introductions, or follow-on support.
We will aim to deliver the written report within the timeframe stated on the service page.
The delivery timeframe begins only when we have received:
If your submission is incomplete, unclear, or missing important materials, delivery may be delayed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, technical issues outside our control, late responses from you, or events beyond our reasonable control.
You may ask us to correct factual errors or consider missing context.
Where we agree that a factual correction is needed, we may amend the report.
We do not change our recommendations simply to make the report more favourable. The value of the Diagnostic is an independent external view of your pilot proposition, including the strengths, gaps, risks, and next steps we genuinely see.
Once we have started the review, the fee is not refundable.
If we believe the Diagnostic is clearly unsuitable based on the information submitted, we may decline the work and refund the payment.
If you purchase the Diagnostic but do not provide the required intake form or materials within a reasonable period, we may pause the work until the information is received. We are not required to refund the fee in these circumstances unless we agree otherwise in writing.
If you proceed to the Level Four Seven Pilot Strategy Clinic, the full Diagnostic fee will be credited against the Clinic fee.
This credit applies only to the same company, project, or technology reviewed in the Diagnostic, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred to another company or exchanged for any other service.
The Pilot Strategy Diagnostic is intended to support pilot strategy and proposition development.
We do not guarantee that the Diagnostic will result in:
Any decisions you make based on the Diagnostic remain your responsibility.
You may use the Diagnostic report internally and to support your own pilot planning, customer conversations, investor conversations, accelerator applications, or funding discussions.
You may not present the report as an endorsement, certification, due diligence report, investment recommendation, technical validation, or approval by Level Four Seven.
You may not publish, resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute the report without our prior written consent.
You may quote short extracts from the report in private commercial discussions, provided the extract is not misleading and does not imply endorsement by Level Four Seven.
You retain ownership of the materials you provide to us.
We retain ownership of our methods, frameworks, templates, know-how, analysis structure, and report format.
Subject to payment of the fee, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the final report for your own internal and commercial planning purposes.
We will treat the information and materials you provide as confidential and use them for the purpose of delivering the Diagnostic.
We may share relevant information with our team, contractors, expert evaluators, or industry partners where reasonably necessary to prepare the Diagnostic. Where we do so, we will take reasonable steps to ensure they understand the confidential nature of the information.
We will not intentionally disclose your confidential information to prospective customers, pilot hosts, investors, funders, or other external parties for commercial introduction purposes without your consent.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that is already public, independently developed by us, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
These Terms create confidentiality obligations, but they do not create a separate non-disclosure agreement.
If you require a specific NDA before sharing materials, you should contact us before submitting confidential information.
We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for making sure that any personal data you provide to us has been collected and shared lawfully.
Where possible, you should avoid sharing unnecessary personal data in your intake form or supporting materials.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to that, our total liability arising from or in connection with the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic will not exceed the fee paid for the Diagnostic.
We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of anticipated savings, or loss arising from business decisions made by you following the Diagnostic.
We may update the scope, format, price, process, or delivery details of the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic from time to time.
The version of the service that applies to your purchase will be the version described on the service page or at checkout at the time you purchase, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Pilot Strategy Diagnostic.
